Description
The Old Dairy is a semi detached former milking parlour in a courtyard/stable yard setting, (2010) it offers comfortable accommodation retaining much charm and character. There are two King-size bedrooms, one which has a zip link bed, both with en suite shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a large kitchen with oven, microwave and washing machine. Large living room with TV and DVD player, downstairs cloakroom and toilet. There is now a sofa bed within the living room. Outside is a very small seating area within the yard, with table and four chairs but you are welcome to picnic in the fields.
The small farm offers pleasant dog walking and exclusive views of Salisbury Cathedral. We have a small flock of Wiltshire Horn sheep (who lamb in April), a large pet pig, guinea fowl and chickens. There is plenty of room to fly a kite, and good hills for climbing up and running down or tobogganing, should it snow!
The Old Dairy is in a brilliant location for those wishing to visit Stonehenge, Bath and the south coast. Paultons Park and the much talked about Peppa Pig World is 20 mins away.
Stabling can also be arranged for those wishing to take advantage of the wonderful riding in the New Forest only a very short drive away.

Salisbury is a cathedral city in Wiltshire, England, with a population, as recorded in the 2001 Census, of 43,355. In fact it is the only city in Wiltshire. It is located beside Salisbury plain not far from Nunton, Fordingbridge, Bickton, Damerham, and Alderholt and is one of around 40 places in Wiltshire in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available.
As well as being a very interesting city in its own right with many interesting buildings and much to explore, Salisbury is also, of course, famous for being close to Stonehenge, which today is protected as a world heritage site. Any visit to the area would not be complete without at least passing by the famous stones.
